CCG provides high-quality apprenticeship and trainee opportunities to young people aged 16 and above across a range of modern trades including bricklaying, joinery and plumbing. Working alongside highly skilled and experienced tradespersons, each apprentice undergoes a 4-year intensive programme where they acquire skills for use in the working environment before qualifying with a recognised and respected trade quali cation.
In partnership with colleges and universities, CCG also delivers graduate training programmes for a wide variety
of careers, o ering a unique blend of theoretical and practical-based education to prepare students for a lifetime in construction. Our trainee roles are both o ce and site-based and can include trainee assistant roles in site management, health and safety, estimating, buying, and surveying,
all delivered over a 3-4 year programme. Training is also available to those seeking roles in our accounting and administration functions.
CCG’s year-on-year commitment to training ensures up to 25 new entrants join the group annually. We are immensely proud
to say that as a direct result of CCG’s trainee and apprenticeship programmes, the vast majority of students successfully embark on ful lling and rewarding careers that are supported by ongoing professional development with further opportunity for educational and practical advancement.
AT CCG WE BELIEVE OUR SUCCESS IS DRIVEN FROM WITHIN AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO INVEST IN OUR PEOPLE TO ENSURE OUR SUSTAINED FUTURE SUCCESS.
