GLASGOW CLYDE COLLEGE STUDENTS VISIT CCG OSM
O ering support to local charities and community initiatives is something we have been committed to since day one, and we actively support and encourage our employees to do the same.
CCG are always looking at new and innovative ways to give
back to our local communities through our work with suppliers and clients. A key focus of our work is being able to provide employment and training opportunities to the local community
by working with educational and charitable organisations. Opportunities can range from access to CCG’s apprenticeship programme, o ce or work placements and part-time job roles for the duration of the project.
We are very active in wider role activity, providing support to community focussed initiatives, often taking the form of assistance with a particular venture or a nancial donation which has
included such things as local children’s input to design of external landscaping/community garden; upgrading local play facilities; contributing materials for local projects; supporting or sponsoring events and area “Tidy-Up” campaigns.
CCG ALSO MAKE SUBSTANTIAL DONATIONS TO CHARITABLE CAUSES EACH YEAR AND HAVE AN ACTIVE PROGRAMME OF FUNDRAISING EVENTS THAT INCLUDES WORKING WITH NATIONAL AND LOCAL ORGANISATIONS INCLUDING THE PRINCE AND PRINCESS OF WALES HOSPICE.
