CCG has been appointed to the newly-launched Energy Efficiency & Associated Works framework created by Scottish Procurement Alliance.
The Energy Efficiency Measures & Associated Works framework (N8) allows local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to source specialist suppliers for the installation of 21 energy efficiency measures and associated works delivered through 2 workstreams.
Fully OJEU compliant, the framework is suitable for low, medium and high rise housing schemes, schools and colleges and all other types of public sector buildings.
CCG was assessed on a strict 60% quality and 40% price weighting and are hosted on the Traditional Boilers workstream where boiler and heating replacement contracts can be delivered across three bands comprising £0-750k, £500k-£1.5m and over £1.5m.
All boiler replacement contracts would be undertaken by Asset Management, CCG’s expert planned maintenance division.
