CCG (Scotland) Ltd has been appointed to the newly-launched Scotland Excel New Build Residential Framework with the firm successfully awarded to all lots following a rigorous price/quality assessment process.
The framework is designed specifically to meet the needs of the Scottish affordable housing sector in order to create a simple and efficient way for public sector bodies to procure new build developments.
Clients can use the Framework to directly appoint CCG as their construction partner at any stage, allowing our input to drive best value, innovation and wider benefits in project delivery.
There are five lots available to each Scottish local authority, registered social landlords and other public organisations covering projects of all type and scale, ranging from 1-15 units; 16-25 units; 26-40 units and 41 units and over.
Access to the Framework will be available until July 2021, with an option to extend by a further 2 years into 2023.
CCG are lined up to service Central Scotland, ensuring that the affordable housing sector has access to industry-leading standards of construction, offsite manufacturing and community benefit.
