CCG Asset Management Division has the capability to operate across Scotland, as shown by the commencement of a new window replacement contract in Inverness. Located at Falconer Court in the city centre, AM will undertake works to 31 sheltered accommodation properties as well as the common areas within this development.
Falconer Court is CCG Asset Management’s second similar project carried out on behalf of Cairn Housing Association since 2016.
The window style that is being installed is the CCG ‘OPUS’ Fully Reversible Timber Window which is manufactured in the CCG Windows and Doors facility based at our HQ in Cambuslang. The CNC production line ensures windows are made with exacting precision and specification which are delivered to site with a factory-applied paint finish and a 10 year ‘One Supply and Fit’ Guarantee.
CCG Asset Management Manager, Stephen Riley, said: “To go as far as Inverness can be challenging for a central Scotland based company, but the AM division is used to working out with the central belt of Scotland. A project such as Falconer Court re-enforces our desire to provide a service to all our customers wherever they are based”
The contract was delivered through the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) TW3 Framework. Fully OJEU compliant, this framework enables organisations to procure a timber window or door product from supply to installation. More information can be found about the SPA and the TW3 Framework HERE.
