CCG Manufacturing partners with the globally-recognised polymer supplier Rehau to create advanced PVCu window & doors and composite door sets.

Through our work with one of the world’s largest polymer and composite PVC suppliers, CCG Manufacturing offers the Scottish construction sector a sophisticated, UK-based infrastructure, comprising of fabrication and R&D services, to provide a wide-varying range of products.

The PVCu Manufacturing facility is located at CCG’s headquarters in Cambuslang where we have up to 40 tradespeople supporting an advanced manufacturing process that utilises the very latest machinery and technologies to ensure industry-leading quality standards of quality and consistency.

The PVCu product range includes:

• ‘Total’ 70 Fully Reversible Window
• ‘Total 70’ Tilt and Turn Window
• ‘Geneo’ Tilt and Turn Window (Passivhaus accredited)
• Casement windows
• Internal door sets (also available as Composite)
• Entrance/ external door sets (also available as Composite)
• French door sets

Each window and door style can be procured to varying forms of specification with a choice of double or triple glazing, ironmongery, finishes and colours whilst clients can expect a guarantee of up to 15 years (from occupier habitation and is dependent on the type of contract) with a 10-year guarantee for glass and hardware also provided as standard.

Supply & Fit

CCG Manufacturing directly integrates with companies from within the CCG Group including Construction and offsite manufacturing (CCG OSM) where products can be specified to support new build developments including residential, healthcare, education, and commercial, whilst Asset Management also offers a full supply and fit service for planned maintenance workstreams.

Procurement is available via public frameworks where, as a result of pre-qualification, CCG can be appointed via a direct award or mini-competition to support contracts across central Scotland. Find out more HERE.
