TWO projects from within the CCG Group have been nominated for this year’s Herald Property Awards including three nominations for CCG Homes’ Riverford Gardens development.
CCG Homes has vast experience in the delivery of bespoke private-for-sale housing solutions for the Scottish housing market and upon the relaunch of the brand in 2018, the developer has taken great strides forward with Riverford Gardens, a 156-home development located in the south side of Glasgow.
The largest project to have ever been delivered by CCG Homes, Riverford consists of one and two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom semi-detached homes and 4-bedroom terraced villas, which is a stunning modern interpretation of the Glasgow South terraced house type. Since the sales launch in September 2018, they have gone on to sell over 50 homes including 35 from plan.
The project has been nominated for Development of the Year, Best Apartment and Best Family Home (Small). Please visit the CCG Homes website for more information on Riverford Gardens.
The second project to have been nominated is the already multi-award-winning Anderston Regeneration project. Spanning nearly 10 years of construction, the five-phase 542-home masterplan is one of the leading examples of urban regeneration in Scotland. It was formally completed in Decemeber 2018 with the installation of the infamous Charles Rennie MacKintosh Statue. Congratulations to our client Sanctuary Group on their nomination.
