THE RIAS/RIBA AWARDS for Scotland in 2020 have been announced with one CCG project receiving this prestigious accolade.
Maryhill Locks Phase 4, otherwise known as Lochgilp Street, is a stunning, 33-home development located west of Glasgow city centre that represents one of two, award-winning phases of the Maryhill Locks Masterplan delivered by CCG on behalf of Bigg Regeneration.
Designed by JM Architects, the latest phase was a sales sensation upon its launch in 2019 and since its completion, it has already won the Glasgow Institute of Architects (GIA) Residential Large award with more expected to follow.
