Following on from a successful contract in 2017, CCG Asset Management, a member of the CCG Group, has been directly awarded the next phase of East Lothian Council’s planned maintenance programme.
Works consisting of kitchen and bathroom replacements, rewiring, window and door replacements and interior decoration were completed in phase 2 to 19 properties in 2017 and the same level of works will be undertaken as part of the council’s buy-back programme commencing in May of this year.
A spokesperson from East Lothian Council said:
“We are pleased to be working with CCG Asset Management to upgrade second hand properties which have been purchased on the open market to provide much needed homes.”
John Crompton, General Foreman, managed the delivery of the previous contract and will continue to be based at in the region for the forthcoming phase. He said:
“East Lothian Council`s positive and collaborative approach to this project has meant that collectively we have a delivered a quality product for the end user.”
CCG Asset Management Manager, Stephen Riley, added:
“CCG Asset Management was directly procured by the council through the Scottish Procurement Alliance KB3 Framework and we are delighted to have been awarded this third phase as a result of our previous successes. We are confident that we will provide a quality finish and continue our strong working partnership with East Lothian Council.”
