SCOTTISH DESIGN AWARD NOMINATIONS FOR CCG PROJECTS

The Scottish Design Awards have released their nominations for 2018 with three projects featured that were constructed by CCG.

A finalist in the Regeneration category, the Broomhill Gardens Community Hub is located in Greenock and was delivered by CCG on behalf of the Inverclyde Association for Mental Health. Designed with the community at its heart, the facility offers training and support initiatives including horticultural training as well as serving as a space that is unrestricted to the public. The second and third nominations follow in the Affordable Housing category with Maryhill Locks, a stunning private housing development located just north of Glasgow city centre and Leith Fort, a 94-home development that is constructed upon the former Leith Fort barracks in Edinburgh. Each project has received several awards over the last year with Leith Fort most recently winning the Homes for Scotland Large Affordable Housing award in May 2018.

CCG would like to congratulate our architetcural partners on their nominations who are INCH Architecture, McGinley Bell and Collective Architecture respectively.
The Scottish Design Awards will take place on the 23rd of August.
