Salary: Excellent remuneration package
Hours: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.00.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm; with additional hours worked as workload requires.

Due to long-term partnerships, successful Framework arrangements and a growing order-book of secured opportunities our Construction Division is looking for a number of Assistant Site Managers to augment our existing site delivery teams.

This is a very active role based on a range of construction sites and as Assistant Site Manager you will be responsible for assisting in delivering our projects on time whilst maintaining the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.

• Co-ordinate sub-contractors and material control in ensuring an efficient method of build, to the required build quality and programme
• Schedule work to be carried out to ensure programme targets are achieved and a high quality of product is maintained
• Ensure work methods are performed correctly
• Assist in completing all relevant documentation on a weekly/monthly basis
• Ensure all company policies are being adhered to and ensure safe working practices are being adhered to on-site.
