Title: Contract Administration Assistant
Salary: Dependent on skills/experience
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm
Location: CCG (Scotland) Ltd HQ, 1 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8NB


Position Summary

CCG are looking for a Contract Administration Assistant to assist with various administration functions within the Contract Administration Department. The successful candidate would be situated at our head office.

Job Description

  • Typing of minutes and other correspondence
  • Filing – paper and electronically
  • Assisting with cost-comparison for Quantity Surveyors
  • Assisting with administration of drawings
  • Providing general administration support to Contract and Quantity Surveying Staff


  • Typing skills essential
  • Experience using an audio machine, advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good organisational skills in order to manage demanding workload
  • Ability to work effectively on own as well as being part of a team
