CCG is committed to skills replenishment in construction. We have a year-on-year commitment to providing industry-recognised apprenticeships, working with our clients and academia across to provide opportunities for young men and women across Scotland.

CCG is a modern and progressive contractor and we understand the importance of providing a solid foundation for young people in choosing a career in construction. This is delivered by a mix of modern and trade apprenticeships, all industry-recognised and undertaken over an in-depth, 4-year programme for those 16 and above as well as 2-year programmes for adults.

Working in partnership with some of Scotland’s leading colleges, programmes are available in administration, bricklaying, joinery, plumbing, heating engineering and electrical. A total of 44 apprentices are currently employed across our Group of Companies

We strive to be able to provide opportunities within communities that we operate by working with organisations such as Developing Young Workforce (DYW), Skills Development Scotland as well as working with our clients such as the Wheatley Group and the ‘Wheatley Pledge’.

We are proud of our commitment to skills replenishment and youth development supporting the long-term success of our business and the wider Construction industry in Scotland.
