Both CCG and MCCG have worked in partnership with each other since 2017 with four developments and up to 200 beds created for the 65+ age group. Each development – including Abbotsford House Luxury Suites and Queens View Harbour Luxury Suites – have since been sold to other recognised care providers, however, each bears similar characteristics with an ‘MCCG Design Standard’ that focuses on enhanced specification as well as class-leading residential, nursing and dementia services.
Roselea, located just south of Stirling’s town centre, has space for up to 50 residents who are each provided with a private, en-suite bedroom as well as a wealth of amenities including a champagne bar, hair salon and cinema as well as dining facilities, a visitor cafe and private gardens.
Designed by Holmes Miller, the development delivers a ‘home-from-home’ level of comfort that provides both privacy as well as supports internal integration among residents.
Each MCCG care home utilises the breadth of CCG’s internal divisional expertise in construction. For the superstructure, the ‘iQ’ Timber System is utilised for wall zone infill panels that are integrated into a lightweight steel frame ensuring that residents can benefit from a warm, comfortable living environment. All doors sets are also manufactured by CCG whilst flooring and plumbing services are delivered alongside a full turnkey M&E package from Group member, Arc-Tech (Scotland).
Roselea Court was completed in November 2021 after a 65-week construction programme.
