Frameworks - SPA

The Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) offers public sector organisations services for the construction, refurbishment, and maintenance of social housing and public buildings.

It is backed by LHC, one of the leading and most respected procurement companies in the UK.

As well as providing compliance, quality and best value to members, SPA frameworks support a streamlined process from the award of a contract (call-off) to the completion of a project. All SPA frameworks have been established in strict compliance with the Scottish public sector procurement rules for use by publicly funded organisations in Scotland as detailed in the SPA buyer profile.

CCG has been working with the SPA since its formation in 2016 and can be procured for new build housing or planned maintenance workstreams by direct award or mini-competition.

SPA’s more recent framework launches have included NH2 Offsite Construction of New homes Framework Workstream 2, where CCG is ranked first in Scotland for the delivery of new build housing, student and care accommodation, as well as timber door sets, which focus on fire-certified products, and the supply & fit of PVCu windows.
