A key part of the CCG ethos is to give our people the platform to learn and grow as we do; developing from within to ensure that we deliver the very highest standards of quality in our delivery and customer service.
We pride ourselves on being an Equal Opportunities Employer; offering a modern inclusive approach to employment and career development being with wide and varied opportunities for full-time job opportunities across our group of companies.
CCG also offer industry-recognised training programmes by working in partnership with some of Scotland’s leading colleges and universities to offer a pathway to construction and offer sustained progression and development. These include assistant site management, site management, health and safety, quantity surveying, estimating and buying as well as specialist roles in our OSM division consisting of contracts supervision, estimating and timber frame design.
Across our Group of Companies, CCG presently employs 40 trainees and upon becoming qualified, each member of staff can also look to further their development through higher education and advanced training learning courses.
We are immensely proud to state that because of the breadth of our workload, sustained across the country, CCG can look within the communities in which we operate; we engage with employment organisations and academic institutions -as well as charities – to help drive awareness of careers in construction with a key deliverable being full-time/part-time jobs, access to our industry-recognised apprenticeship programmes, and work placements, all of which are undertaken alongside our expert staff across site, technical, or administrative positions.
CCG will continue to be an employer and contractor of choice through our progressive employment practices.
