A key part of the CCG ethos is to give our people the platform to learn and grow as we do; developing from within to ensure that we deliver the very highest standards of quality in our delivery and customer service.
We pride ourselves on being an Equal Opportunities Employer and we are recognised by the SCQF thanks to our adoption of a modern and inclusive approach to employment and career development with a wide range of opportunities available for people of all ages and backgrounds across our group of companies.
Alongside our buoyant trade & modern apprenticeship programmes, CCG also offers a range of industry-recognised training programmes in partnership with some of Scotland’s leading colleges and universities. Assistant site management, site management, health and safety, quantity surveying, estimating and buying, as well as specialist roles with our OSM division, are among the wide-varying roles available.
CCG presently employs 10 trainees and we have a proven track record for graduate retention.
We are immensely proud to state that because of the breadth of our workload sustained across the country, CCG can look within the communities in which we operate; we engage with employment organisations and academic institutions – as well as charities – to help drive awareness of careers in construction with a key deliverable being full-time/part-time jobs, access to our apprentice programmes and office and site-based work placements,
CCG will continue to be recognised as an employer and contractor of choice through our progressive employment practices.
