Clients can use the Framework to directly appoint CCG as their construction partner at any stage, allowing our input to drive best value, innovation and wider benefits in project delivery.
There are five lots available to each Scottish local authority, registered social landlords and other public organisations covering projects of all types and scale, ranging from 1-15 units; 16-25 units; 26-40 units and 41 units and over.
Access to the Framework will be available until July 2021, with an option to extend by a further 2 years into 2023.
