PROGRESS MADE ON £1.4M BATHROOM REPLACEMENT WORKSTREAM IN PAISLEY

CCG Asset Management, the planned maintenance division of the CCG Group, has made strong progress with a large-scale contract for Paisley Housing Association.

The £1.4m works package involves bathroom replacements for 245 residences located in the southern area of the town

Procured through pfh Scotland, specialists in procurement services for the social housing sector in Scotland, works commenced earlier in the autumn and are expected to be completed by late spring 2024.

“Since commencing works earlier in the autumn, we have made considerable progress. Our site team has ensured a high standard of finish and has performed efficiently to minimise the impact on tenants whilst our dedicated Tenant Liaison Officer is on hand to coordinate day-to-day communication.
