Comprising of six luxury townhouses reaching three storeys, the development was delivered by CCG on behalf of NOAH Developments upon derelict ground adjacent to the former bowling club which had lain vacant for almost 20 years prior to works commencing on-site.
Formed as a terraced arrangement, the block is articulated to enjoy a southern aspect over the retained bowling green lawns with a series of bays along the south facade offering private outdoor space and enhanced amenity, a valuable commodity in the heart of one of the most densely populated neighbourhoods in the west of the city.
Inside, the homeowners have been provided with a luxurious living environment. Each homeowner was given an in-depth level of specification to choose from whilst enjoying up to 4 bedrooms – including two master bedrooms, three bathrooms and an individual washing and drying room – an open-plan, ground-floor living arrangement.
The development was constructed using CCG’s iQ Timber System which offers significant advantages at site-level with restrictions in access as well as site area combated by the flexibility of the closed panel composition of the System and fewer vehicle movements.
As part of the development’s creation, CCG also undertook the refurbishment works to the Clubhouse in tandem with the new homes. Faithfully restored, it is now a popular local arts venue that is used for exhibition space and small events.
