Calum Murray - Director

Calum is a Director of CCG (Scotland) Ltd specialising in land acquisition and urban regeneration. He has successfully led the delivery of many projects from across the private and affordable housing sectors and was a founding member and director of City Legacy – the consortium responsible for the 2014 Commonwealth Games Athletes’ Village. Most recently he has successfully relaunched CCG’s private housing brand CCG Homes and the company’s flagship development, Riverford Gardens.

An Honours Graduate in Town & Country Planning, Calum has worked in housing and construction for over 30 years joining CCG in 2001. He is also a Board Member with the Structural Timber Association and Offsite Solutions Scotland, both organisations who champion the use of timber and offsite construction methods in UK construction.
