CCG EMPLOYEES RAISE OVER £1000 ON CHRISTMAS JUMPER DAY 2023

Employees from across the CCG Group have supported various causes this Christmas as a result of Christmas Jumper Day 2023 which took place on the 8th of December

CCG Scotland staff showed their festive spirit and generosity by wearing their Christmas jumpers and raising money for locally-based charities across South Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire and Glasgow.

The employees across six sites – Bearsden Road, Brandon Street, Kennedy Drive, Castlehill Road, and Meat Market – as well as our Head Office and CCG OSM – chose a different charity to support, and the total amount collected was a whopping £1,138.

The charities that benefited from the donations were:

• Apec – action on pre-eclampsia (£145)
• Cash for Kids (£233)
• A local foodbank (£180)
• Movember (£87)
• Glasgow City Mission (£271)
• Rutherglen Foodbank (£222)

A further £500 will be donated by the CCG Board of Directors.
