CCG SITE MANAGER NOMINATED AS FIRST AID HERO

CCG Site Manager Robbie McMillan has been nominated as a ‘first aid hero’ by St Andrew’s First Aid.

St Andrew’s First Aid is Scotland’s dedicated first aid charity and a leading first aid training provider. Founded in 1882, donations are used to support volunteer work which specialises in raising awareness about first aid and providing vital life-saving education, particularly in communities where the need is greatest. 

This is the 10^th year that St Andrew’s First Aid has been recognising extraordinary people, schools, communities, and employers across Scotland who have gone above-and-beyond their legal first aid responsibilities to make their communities safer by delivering outstanding acts of first aid. Our Robbie, who is currently helping to deliver Whitlawburn Regeneration – a 311-unit, mixed-tenure housing development – in Cambuslang, is one of several finalists nominated as a ‘first aid hero’ for his amazing efforts in giving emergency aid whilst on-site.

CCG is extremely proud of Robbie’s efforts and we will be cheering him on at the awards ceremony which is taking place in Glasgow on the 31st of March.
