Led by the firm’s in-house planned maintenance division known as CCG Asset Management, new kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors replacements will be installed to 25 households.
The works will be undertaken over an 8-week programme, after which a second window replacement contract, supporting a further 40 households, contract will begin in August.
Cheryl Miller, local resident and acting Chair of Govanhill Housing Association, said:

Improving kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors is a vital part of our mission to provide high quality, affordable housing, so we are very happy to be making this investment on behalf of our tenants.”
