Lynn Stodart - Group HR Manager

As Group HR Manager, Lynn is responsible for all matters relating to employee management across the CCG Group including employee relations, recruitment and development as well as the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Instrumental in the development of CCG’s apprenticeship programmes, including the introduction of modern apprentices in 2018, Lynn has also advanced the company’s capabilities in community benefit activity across the Group delivering key support initiatives for the communities in which the business operates working closely with clients and academia.

Lynn has worked with CCG for over three decades, initially joining in the Purchase Ledgers department, and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
