Celebrating the world’s greatest brick architecture and craftsmanship, every year hundreds of projects are entered by the world’s leading architects, specialist contractors and developers who compete across 18 categories and are judged by an ‘exceptionally credentialed’ panel.
Hosted at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 08/11, Queens Quay made it a hat-trick of wins this autumn and a fourth win for 2023. Located in Clydebank, the 146-home development forms part of a the large-scale, mixed-use regeneration of the former John Brown Shipyard and was delivered by CCG on behalf of Loretto Housing, a member of Wheatley Group; West Dunbartonshire Council, and Clydebank Housing Association.
Designed by MAST Architects, it is the first residential scheme of the masterplan and is complementary to an educational campus, a new health & leisure centre and Queens Quay House, an 84-bedroom care home that was completed by CCG in 2020.
