CCG Manufacturing (Timber)

CCG Manufacturing creates enhanced timber door sets to support new build construction and planned maintenance contracts across the breadth of Scotland.

The division operates from two, semi-automated manufacturing facilities in Cambuslang where sustainably-sourced, engineered timber is utilised to create a wide range of high-performance door sets through the integration of CAD/CAM integration and expert craftsmanship.

A combined production capacity of circa 20,000 units per year is complemented by a high-degree of design flexibility as clients are offered complete choice for ironmongery options, glass, paint colours, and locking mechanisms, amongst others, that each contributes to achieving an ISO BM TRADA quality standard.

CCG Manufacturing’s (timber) product range consists of:

• Internal door and frame – FD30 and FD60 fire-rated
• Flat entrance door and frame – FD30 and FD60 fire-rated

Each door style is provided with a 10-year guarantee for glass and hardware which is provided as standard.

Supply & Fit

CCG Manufacturing directly integrates with companies from within the CCG Group including Construction and offsite manufacturing (CCG OSM) where products can be specified to support new build developments including residential, healthcare, education, and commercial, whilst Asset Management also offers a full supply and fit service for planned maintenance workstreams.

Procurement is available via public frameworks where, as a result of pre-qualification, CCG can be appointed via a direct award or mini-competition to support contracts across central Scotland. Find out more HERE.
