CCG Scoops Three 2024 Herald Property Awards

CCG (Scotland) was announced as a winner across three categories for this year’s Herald Property for Scotland Awards, held yesterday evening (26/09) at a glamourous ceremony in Glasgow.

The event, which was supported by Redwood Marketing, LocaliQ and s1homes, was a celebration of the highest standards in home and commercial building across Scotland, and is one of the most prestigious in the awards calendar.

The transformation of Paisley Central Library into a state-of-the-art facility known as the Paisley Central Library secured the top prize. The Judges’ Special Recognition Award is the third win of 2024 for the project which was delivered by CCG  on behalf of Renfrewshire Council with hub West Scotland and Collective Architecture.

Dundashill Plot 3A, Scotland’s largest Passivhaus development was also recognised. Securing the Excellence in Sustainability Award – the third such award CCG have won in 2024 – the 90-home project was slated as being “a true demonstration of what is achievable when a team has the goal of producing a highly sustainable development.”

Plot 3A forms part of the Dundashill Regeneration Masterplan, and was delivered on behalf of West of Scotland Housing Association, and was again designed by Collective Architecture.

Last but certainly by no means least, Burns Road secured the Best Regeneration (Residential) Award. The 131-home project is the final phase of the 10-year transformation of Cumbernauld Town Centre’s tower blocks, led by Sanctuary Scotland, and includes a stunning concave apartment block that offers views across the town and as far as the neighbouring Falkirk.

CCG extends our congratulations to all of the winners. For more information on the event, CLICK HERE.
