CCG Manufacturing (PVCu)

CCG Manufacturing partners with the globally-recognised polymer supplier Rehau to create Scotland’s most advanced PVCu window and door sets.

Through our work with one of the world’s largest polymer and composite PVC suppliers, CCG Manufacturing offers the Scottish construction sector with a sophisticated, UK-based infrastructure as a result of UK-based fabrication and R&D services – located in Wales and south-west England respectively –  that is complemented by a production process that is undertaken in Scotland from the bespoke CCG Manufacturing PVCu facility located at our Group headquarters in Glasgow.

Here, window and door profiles are directed through a semi-automated production process; combining the very latest in CNC manufacturing equipment and expert tradespeople to complete a fully finished product. ISO Management principles ensure industry-leading standards of quality and consistency whilst a highly competent supply process guarantees delivery anywhere in the country.

The PVCu product range includes:

  • ‘Total’ 70 Fully Reversible Window
  • ‘Total 70’ Tilt and Turn Window
  • ‘Geneo’ Tilt and Turn Window (Passivhaus accredited)
  • Casement Windows
  • Internal Doors (also available as Composite)
  • Entrance/ External Doors (also available as Composite)
  • French Doors

Each window and door style can be procured to varying forms of specification with a choice of double or triple glazing, ironmongery, finishes and colours whilst clients can expect a guarantee of up to 15 years (from occupier habitation and is dependent on the type of contract) with a 10-year guarantee for glass and hardware also provided as standard.

Prior to commencing any contract, Rehau UK offers a geographical survey service to ensure that the window (or door) of choice is best suited to the chosen development accounting for wind and rain protection.

Companies from within the CCG Group can be augmented to support project delivery in both new build development and refurbishment as a result of in-house expertise in offsite manufacturing and Main construction as well as supply and fit services to occupied homes.

Procurement in this regard can be achieved via appointed public procurement frameworks; offering a streamlined, pre-qualified appointment to offer pre-contract savings and value.
